The blast was reported to have occurred few minutes past 5 A.M when Muslim faithfuls were getting ready to for their early morning prayer.
The explosion claimed the lives of the suicide bombers and 4 others while 17 injured are currently receiving treatment at the Specialist Hospital.
This is coming hours after many worshippers were feared dead in a bomb explosion in a mosque at Mulai area of Maiduguri.
The bomb went off when worshippers were observing their Magrib prayers.
The Police has confirmed residents’ belief that the attack was carried out by a suicide bomber.
The Police said in a statement by the Commissioner of Police that “at about 6.35 PM on Thursday, two suspected suicide bombers detonated IEDS in and outside a Mosque at Mulai.
