Appeal Court Nullifies Election Of Senator David Mark representing Benue South

The Appeal Court sitting in Makurdi Benue state has annulled the election of ex Senate President,Senator David Mark representing Benue South in the Senate. The Appeal court in its judgment this morning ordered the rerun of the election within 90 days.
