The lawyers – Saka Issau (SAN), Ahmed Raji (SAN), Mahmud Magaji (SAN) and 23 others described the tribunal’s decision to proceed with the case despite the pending case at the Supreme Court as “judicial rascality.”
However, the tribunal Chairman, Danladi Umar, described Saraki’s lawyers’ conduct as act of disrespect to the court, saying the walk out was unwarranted.
